Grant Deady has been with Zeno since the agency opened its doors in 1998. He joined the agency as an Account Executive and has climbed the ranks to his current leadership position in the Chicago office.
During his eight year career at Zeno‚ Deady has served as strategic counsel and day–to–day contact for clients such as Motorola‚ NTN Communications‚ Whirlpool Home Appliances‚ Skil Power Tools‚ Turtle Wax‚ National Marine Manufacturer’s Association and TurboTap. Deady specializes in developing strategic media campaigns and consumer messaging that can launch a new product or breathe new life into an old one.
Some of Deady’s career highlights at Zeno include launching Motorola’s first CyberSURFR cable modem and helping Whirlpool gain national awareness for its leadership in developing Internet–enabled appliances. He has helped Turtle Wax and Skil Power Tools execute co–marketing PR campaigns with key national retail partners and organized the marketing plan for TurboTap—a new lightning–fast draft beer pouring technology being installed at major sports and concert venues across the U.S. Deady has secured placements for clients in media outlets ranging from Wall Street Journal‚ NY Times and USA Today to CNN‚ "TODAY Show" and HBO's "The Sopranos".
Prior to joining Zeno‚ Deady was an internal communications manager for Sears Holdings Co.‚ where he worked as a liaison between Sears and hard line vendors like Craftsman‚ Kenmore and John Deere. Deady is a proud graduate of Southern Illinois University (home of the nation’s only Saluki mascot!) and a Chicago Bears season ticket holder.
