Closing the Gap for a More Inclusive Workforce

This past November, Zeno launched Project GAP - an unprecedented agency initiative that gives younger generations a voice and new leadership opportunities. This global advisory board includes 12 Gen Z and young Millennial employees ready to help close the gap between the people leading today and those who may lead tomorrow.
Why now?
- By 2030, Gen Z will be 30% of the workforce*
- 61% of Gen Zs and 58% of Millennials believe they have the power to drive change within their organizations**
- Young Millennials and Gen Zs make up more than 60% of Zeno’s global workforce. Project GAP is borne from what our colleagues told us about their desire and determination to bridge the gap between the generations for greater inclusivity, collaboration and impact.
A Lot to Learn, Together
Advisory Board members meet quarterly with Global CEO Barby K. Siegel and other agency leaders to discuss business and industry challenges and opportunities. Topics will vary as industry matters and business priorities evolve, but we anticipate exploring matters related to client work, our culture and workplace, innovation and opportunities for professional growth.
From differing perspectives down to the words we use, we’re exploring new territory and figuring it out together. “Zeno for everyone” means generational inclusivity, too.
